What products does Güçlas manufacture and supply?

Güçlas manufactures EPDM rubber, PVC, TPE, silicone, nitrile and sponge profiles for sealing, retention and shock absorption. The range covers more than 30 product groups and over 3500 product variants, including glass seals, door and frame seals, U-channel edge trims, flocked channel profiles, dual-durometer profiles, bumpers and clamp rubbers. Güçlas also supplies tractor and construction-machinery cabin materials, automotive and cabin glass (GÜÇGLASS), and industrial tapes and adhesives (GUCFİX).

Where is Güçlas located?

Güçlas headquarters is located at Üçevler Mah. Ahıska Cad. Genç Şenocak İş Mrk. No: 83 / G, Nilüfer / Bursa. Customers in different regions of Türkiye are served through regional sales representatives.

How can I find the right weatherstrip without a technical drawing?

A suitable profile can be identified even without a technical drawing. Simply send a clear photo of the existing profile’s cross-section, its overall width and height, a photo of the installation area and, if possible, a short sample. Using this information, Güçlas identifies the equivalent cross-section in the catalog or evaluates the part for custom production.

Do you manufacture custom profiles from samples?

Yes. Where standard products are not sufficient, we produce custom rubber, EPDM, PVC, silicone and sponge profiles based on a sample, technical drawing or cross-section photo. The process runs through requirement definition, technical review, material selection, die design, first sample, approval and series production.

What information should I send to request a quote?

The catalog code (if available), a technical drawing or cross-section photo, key dimensions, the application, operating conditions (temperature, UV, oil or chemical exposure) and the required quantity all speed up the quotation process. Should I choose EPDM or PVC?

EPDM is a rubber with excellent resistance to ozone, UV, weathering and water, usable between -50 °C and 150 °C, and it stands out for outdoor sealing. PVC is an economical, easy-to-process and recyclable thermoplastic, preferred between -45 °C and 90 °C in applications where resistance to acids and alkalis matters. The choice should be based on the operating environment and the mounting method.
